OPVAT is always dedicated in the investment on training cable staff members! At OPVAT, there are 5 training systems, “new recruit training,” “general knowledge training,” “professional training,” “management training” and “self inspiration”:
- New recruit training:Basic training for new recruits and job training for new employees
- General knowledge training:Corporate culture, corporate values, customer satisfaction, quality, safety and health.
- Professional training:Professional training courses are provided based on positions and skills, or practical training is assigned for specific projects.
- Management training:Reserve cadre training, superintendent training, leadership and operation management training.
- Self inspiration:In-job training, skill learning, and work group discussion.
OPVAT Career Planning
At OPVAT, we focus on the development of both generalized and specialized skills through occupational skill design and training development. The purpose is to help every one of fellow workers to map out his/her career path according to his/her development interests. The career paths at OPVAT are “engineering positions,” “administrational positions” and “superintendent position.”
